How to choose an online casino

A practical order of checks for adults comparing licensed casino sites: licence register, bonus math, payments, withdrawals, and limits.
Start with whether you are allowed to play
Choosing a casino starts before the logo. Online casino products are age-restricted. This guide is for adults 18 or older, and for adults 21 or older where local law sets the higher age. Find the licence on the regulator's site, not in the footer badge
A footer badge is a picture. The check is the regulator's public register. Copy the company name and the licence number from the casino footer, open the register yourself, and search. Read the status. Active, suspended, and surrendered are different words. Read the activities. A company allowed to supply software is not always a company allowed to take bets from the public. Read the legal entity and compare it with the terms and conditions, not only with the logo.
If you cannot find the number, treat the brand as unlicensed for your purposes and move on. Do not accept a PDF hosted on the casino's own server as a substitute for the register. Read the bonus as a piece of arithmetic
