Teen Patti hand rankings explained
Last updated 7 October 2026
A clear Teen Patti (3 Patti) hand order for beginners: trail, pure sequence, sequence, colour, pair, and high card — plus a note that apps can change variation rules.
Standard hand order (classic tables)
Teen Patti, also called 3 Patti, usually deals three cards per player. In the common classic ranking, stronger combinations beat weaker ones in this order: Trail (three of a kind), Pure Sequence (straight flush), Sequence (straight), Colour (flush), Pair, then High Card. Exact tie-breakers and the treatment of A-2-3 can differ by table, so the in-app rule panel always wins.
This page is educational. It is not a promise you will win, and it is not a review of every Pakistan APK that offers Teen Patti. For download safety when an app is involved, start with 3 Patti Pakistan and fake APK risks.
What each hand means in plain language
Trail is three cards of the same rank. Pure Sequence is three consecutive ranks in one suit. Sequence is three consecutive ranks in mixed suits. Colour is three cards of one suit that are not consecutive. Pair is two matching ranks plus a kicker. High Card is everything else, compared from the highest card down.
Online lobbies may add modes such as Joker, Muflis, or AK47 that change which hands are strong. Never carry a classic ranking chart into a special mode without reading that mode’s rules first.
Responsible use
Knowing rankings does not make real-money play safe or lawful where you live. Set a loss limit before you join a table. If card play is already tied to chasing losses, skip the apps and open the responsible gambling page.
